Income and Occupancy requirements per month by household size
Income and Occupancy Requirements

IMPORTANT:
Each person 18 years of age or older is required to submit their own application and attach their photo ID and proof of income. After all the applications are submitted for a property, Relay Housing will link your applications for the same apartment.

Example: Joe Applicant is applying for a two-bedroom apartment. His adult partner and child will also live in the apartment. All three people should be listed on Joe’s application.

Joe is required to submit one application for the apartment. On that application is: (1) himself and (2) his child.

Joe’s adult partner will need to submit a separate application, which must include their photo ID and proof of income. All three people should also be listed on Joe’s adult partner’s application.

NOTE ABOUT LISTING MINORS ON YOUR APPLICATION:
You can include minors who live with you part-time, or will live with you in the future.
For example:
• Pregnant individuals should list the occupant as “Baby (Due Date)”
